UPDATE: Tried private messaging on their FACEBOOK page and they finally answered!!! I was given my $40 gift card! OLD: I ordered a car seat with a promotion going on. Site stated I would get a $40 gift card if I made the purchase between certain dates. I did make the purchase within the time frame. NO gift card. That $40 gift card offer was the ONLY reason I ordered from BuyBuyBaby. I've contacted customer service via email twice with no reply and I've messaged them on their Facebook page with no reply. After reading other ugly reviews on this page, I'm not looking forward to phoning them. I am sure it will not do any good. Learned my lesson.....order from Target or Amazon or your other fave retailer!!!

After ordering a carseat and waiting 7 weeks for it and countless phone calls with customer service throughout that time my order was canceled today! They said they had canceled my order September 1st when I have an email from Sunday the 3rd about how my order would be shipping soon. Now every color of the carseat is sold out and they said there is nothing they can do but I can re-order it when it comes back in stock if I'd like to. Uhm NO? It was supposed to be delivered August 1st and I ordered it in the middle of July! This was no cheap order either and as a customer I'm extremely disappointed and angry with how this has panned out. I would seriously consider ordering from elsewhere!

Beware stay away from this credit card one star if I could give lesser I would don't get a buy buy credit card look other places terrible customer service the website u try pay ur bill online is always down and they still charge u a late fee minimum $29 with there site being down and they no it people they hire for customer service are terrible this card is a joke

My crib was shipped to a different state even though the delivery was based on the baby registry address. After I contacted customer service, they were very difficult to understand. Not to mention the fact that they said multiple times that they could not guarantee that my crib would get there in a reasonable amount of time after they resubmitted the order three weeks after I ordered it. No way to identify the customer service rep even though I asked for an identifying associate number. When I asked for email confirmation it was extremely vague saying in order has been submitted, no guarantee on that though.

I've never had to deal with such a terrible company. I order glass baby bottles that I was so excited about and they sent me a toilet seat. I right away submitted for a return. I learned I had to send the toilet seat back before they even start t send me the correct item. So I got it dropped off with fedex and it took 5 days for it to get delivered to buybuybaby. I called customer support after it finally delivered, to see when I was getting my actual order and they said it will ship in 24 hrs. Well that was a lie! I had to call back 2 days later bc I've yet to receive an email saying my order was on its way. The costumer service person is now saying it takes 4 to 5 days for them to process my return and my package will ship after that. Like this is going to be a month long process by the time I actually get my bottles if I ever get them. Like this is ridiculous, like either send the right products or get a better return system.

Ordered two paddleboards. Never arrived. Emails returned undelivered. No one answers the phones. It's a scam. They took our money. We had to have charges disputed. Do not use them. They advertise on Facebook.

Do not have them deliver any order. Have it delivered to the store or purchase at the store. We ordered furniture, and it was an absolute nightmare. 2 months later still waiting for a crib and literally no one can assist us. They send your request to another department, and the new department never gets back to you. They are hard to understand, and no one every has answers. As a very pregnant woman who is about to be a first time mother- this is a stress I did not need. Horrible.

I've spent at least 5 hours on the phone, numerous emails and hours with customer service chat online and still haven't had the crib I ordered over a month ago delivered to my house. I was texted once saying it would be delivered that day between 1-5 and they never called or showed up. I've called the delivery company 3x as well to no avail. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT HAS TO BE DELIVERED FROM HERE!

I just ordered an adorable push car that should grow with child for my granddaughter for her birthday . It was not on sale I just wanted it delivered because it is a big box and I’m older can’t manage myself . It came taped up pieces thrown in box you could tell it was not from manufacturer. I pulled out a wheel out and noticed gravel dirt on it . I don’t know if all the pieces are in the box even. I paid for a new one this one now has to go back to a store which is not nearby where I live . If Buy Buy Baby store wants to return this item from someone who obviously used it then don’t put it back in new stock . Sell it open stock alert consumer it’s been opened or returned or whatever so I can choose not to buy it. I wish this was the first time this has happened to me at this store but there were couple items from my daughter’s baby registry that were delivered tampered with and definitely used also. If I wanted used merchandise I would buy something on eBay . This is my first review but I will no longer buy anything online from this store not risking it anymore . Also a commentary on consumers today just buy something and use it and return it. It’s sad .

Buybuy Baby is absolutely terrible. Their website is very glitchy and somehow keeps getting my account mixed up with husband's. It gave us rewards credits then took them away. Then when I try to call customer service about an issue, I've gotten hung up on 2 times and 2 other times the agent swore the issue was resolved then a few days later, it ended up not being resolved and I had to call again. Currently on my 43+ minute of this phone call with no end in sight. If you'd like competent customer service agents who resolve your issues, I recommend shopping elsewhere....
